Dr. Tat Lam is currently the Advisor of Architectural Project Unit Limited. Dr. Lam is a visionary advisor with a diverse skill and expertise in development planning, finance, anthropology, and urban design. Dr. Lam founded a pioneering development strategy consultancy company and a nonprofit deploying innovative impact management on the blockchain and served various boards of blockchain R&D company and co-led the Earth Program, uniting fintech companies for regenerative finance, and smart city strategies and CBDC initiatives in the MENA region. Dr. Lam is also currently as an adjunct associate professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong conducting research on methodologies for sustainable regional development strategies and innovative development finance models.
Dr. Lam received his PhD degree from UCL Bartlett School of Architecture and his Master of Architecture Degree from Columbia University.
林达博士目前在Architectural Project Unit Ltd（APU）担任顾问，是一位具有丰富技能的远见的顾问。林博士的广泛专业知识涵盖多个领域，包括发展规划、发展金融、社会人类学和城市设计。林博士成立了开创性的发展战略咨询公司及在香港区块链上部署创新的影响管理数据平台的非营利组织。林博士还担任了多个董事会职位，参与可持续金融的区块链研发、领导了Earth计划，将金融科技公司联合起来推动再生性金融、参与由海湾地区主权财富支持的领先发展投资公司可持续发展目标、领导智能城市战略等等。同时林博士还是香港中文大学的兼职副教授。他专注于可持续区域发展战略和创新发展金融模型的方法论研究。
林博士从伦敦大学学院巴特莱特建筑学院获得博士学位，同时还拥有哥伦比亚大学的建筑学硕士学位。
