A new development area in Ping Che was planned as a low-density commercial area. APU designed a 3-storey shopping mall which accommodates 25 retail stores, 19 restaurants and adequate parking space. A major feature of the shopping mall is the glass atrium which brings in the the nature light and makes the shopping mall more open and airy. Greening features are also added into each storey to make the shopping mall compatible with the natural environmental in Ping Che.
APU为坪輋一发展项目提供设计顾问服务。项目为一栋三层高的商场，可提供25间店铺､19间食肆，以及充足的停车位，目的为市民提供一个舒适的消闲地方。为配合此项大型发展计划，APU在商场底层设计一个大型中庭，顶部采用透光玻璃，为室内引入更多自然光。除此之外，商场每层亦会兴建多个绿化区摆放植物，把室外的自然景观带入室内。
