Acting as the lead consultant, APU aims to transform the existing industrial image of the building into a modern, high-tech commercial space in San Po Kong. The interior applied black and white elements, which provide a cleaniness atmosphere to the tenants and visitors.
宏基中心的玻璃幕牆造型，本身在大有街已經十分突出。這次的改造，APU在入口設計運用了啡色調，跟威逹中心的最新設計互相呼應。室內運用了冷靜的黑白色調的牆身及天花，配襯橡木色，讓人感受一種乾淨、時尚的格調。
